As contract documents are often full of legal language, which is not always so clear and self explanatory for non-legal people, clarifying the contract can help. Contract documents do not necessarily become more readable when notes are placed in the margins. Contract Clarification Notes is a separate document containing the contract clarification notes referring per note to the contract document name, section, chapter, paragraph, page and the specific clause where the note relates to.
Depending on the size of the contracts this can either be a powerpoint presentation or a spreadsheet with sheets for the notes per contract document. |
